1.酒酿和红枣备好。

2.酒酿中加入170克温水。

3.加入面粉和酵母,搅拌均匀。

5.加入白糖,搅拌均匀。

6.在容器上盖上盖子,发酵一个小时左右,到二倍大。

7.碗里面抹油,倒入面糊,上面铺上红枣。

8.放到蒸锅,大火烧开,改中火蒸五十分钟。
